Goat Milk is a very good source of calcium and amino acid tryptophan. Calcium helps to maintain the strength and density of bones.  Goat Milk is less allergenic because the level of Alpha s1 Casein is goat milk is about 89% less then cow’s milk. Goat milk is naturally homogenised, try placing a glass of fresh cow milk and fresh goat milk in the refrigerator overnight, next morning the goat milk remain the same but there is a layer of cream on top and skim below on the cow milk. Goat Milk contain less lactose then cow’s milk, thus easier to digest.
