Dinner at DB Bistro Moderne

Had a great a great dinner on Saturday at DB Bistro Moderne, owned by the 3 stars Michelin award winning Chef Daniel Boulud. He also host the TV programme "After Hours with Daniel".
This is my once-in-a-life time culinary dining experience. Bon Appetit !!!

Menu for the night

Assorted Breads.. I loves the wholemeal bread.. soft and tasty.

A glass of Tuscany Chianti Classico 2007 to go with.

Starter - Grilled Garlic Seafood Casserole. Love the Vegetable Ratatuille underneath the Casserole. 

Roasted Ribeye and Yorkshire Pudding.. The Ribeye is medium grill, tender and juicy.

 Mum's Apple and Rhubarb Tart. Very balance when you eat it with the Rhubarb Sorbet. 
The Apple Tarts is very sour..
