What Food causes Enzema

For every disease known to man there is a cure known to Nature.

There are many food that could cause an allergic reaction to eczema.
Foods that are commonly associated with eczema are:

- Dairy products like cow milk, cheese, various cheese creams.

- Wheat products like white bread, rolls, pretzels, crackers, muffins, etc.

- Acidic fruits like blueberries, canned or glazed fruits, cranberries, currants

- Seafood like scaly fish, lobster, crab, clams, mussels, oysters, prawns etc.

- Eggs and all the foods that contain eggs (damn egg is my favourite)

- Nuts like peanuts, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, cashews, etc.

Best way to test if your eczema is of an allergic origin is to remember what have you been eating prior to the eczema occurrence. For my case, what i love to eat.. Egg is my biggest possibility...
