My Veggies Day!!

Today is VEGGIE DAY....
Morning my usual Breakfast: Four bars of Wheatsbits, with sugarless Soya Milk and Top it up with lots of Muesli..
Lunch: Healthy Brown Rice with 3 serving of Veggies.. Lady Fingers, Bitter Gourd and Long Snake Beans...
Dinner: Red Brown Rice with another serving of veggie, one serving of fried egg and some Mock stuffs...
Hmm wats for Supper?
Oh yeah.. some fruits for SUpper.. to wrap up my day...
