There are other factors that can cause eczema too..
Here are some of my discover from the net...
Family history of eczema, asthma, hay fever or any other allergy, especially if both parents have or had these conditions. (yeah, should i blame my parents?? )
Emotional stress has also been found as a contributing factor. (I need a less stress job... time to hop..)
Various irritans, such as weather (cold-dry or hot-humid), air conditioning, wool in clothes, various chemicals and paints. (Got to move into heaven...)
Other allergens: feathers, dust, pet hair, grass, pollen, cosmetics, washing powder, shampoos. (Nomore perfume, no need to wash hair... gosh.. cant sleep on pillow..)

What Food causes Enzema
For every disease known to man there is a cure known to Nature.
There are many food that could cause an allergic reaction to eczema.
Foods that are commonly associated with eczema are:
- Dairy products like cow milk, cheese, various cheese creams.
- Wheat products like white bread, rolls, pretzels, crackers, muffins, etc.
- Acidic fruits like blueberries, canned or glazed fruits, cranberries, currants
- Seafood like scaly fish, lobster, crab, clams, mussels, oysters, prawns etc.
- Eggs and all the foods that contain eggs (damn egg is my favourite)
- Nuts like peanuts, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, cashews, etc.
Best way to test if your eczema is of an allergic origin is to remember what have you been eating prior to the eczema occurrence. For my case, what i love to eat.. Egg is my biggest possibility...

Singapore Un-Graciousness
Had a good time at Sentosa on Good Friday 6Apr12.. Had a good experience bring our toddler and family out. From the Vivo City, the Sentosa Express Rail staff direct all families with prams, kids, elderly and disable to a individual lane on the platform to board the rail... Every station we visit, were giving this priority.. Thanks Sentosa Management...
Then back to Seng Kang MRT, when we approach the MRT lift, a group of Indians (definately not locals), young and able adults cut throught all the families with prams and elderly with wheelchair and station themself infrom of the lift door.. once the lift door open, they rush in, leaving all the families with prams and elderly in wheelchair, staring at them.. No way we can get in..GOSH.. We have no choice but to take the escalator.. Then at the LRT Platform, i witness another similar case, a couple with a pram waiting for the lift when two indian adult, cut throught and stand infront of the lift door..
The MRT should station staffs at the lift or place signage to inform public to give priority to those who need it more. In Korea, if any able person take the lift in their Subway station, they will gets a good glare from the elderly and the disable, some might even tell you off (in Korean of course)..

Extreme weather days
Heavy down pour every morning, strong winds with thunders and lightings.. A nice weather to sleep also... unfortunately, i need to wake up to prepare for work... Cooling climate when i leave my home.. When in office i have to put on my cardigan as the centralise aircon is freezing, plus the cooling rainy weather outside.. you can imaging, winter in office..
Then come lunch time, GOSH... the afternoon sun is super hot and humid.. by the time i finish my lunch at the hawker center, i start sweating.. ok, then back to the freezing office again.. hmmm...

Police claim kidnapping is Untrue
After reading the news about "Spreading false kidnapping information", a statement issued by the police after much investigation.. I feel a bit of relief but at the same time, i think all citizens should be vigilant too. We cannot affort to wait till cases of kidnapping actually happen, then starts to feel regards to investigate... when a child is lost, it will be too late.. My child was once being aproached by a stranger and being led away right infront my very own eyes...
We cannot let down guard at all times.. What if a terrorist happen right before our eyes?
I still support so call by many as "kiasu or Kiasee" Singaporeans or netizen to keep speaking out if they found something weird that happen in our neighbourhood... We must always keep Singapore crime free and a safe place to live in...

Good samitarians...

Last night after a tiring day mending Nourish Loft's roadshow stall.. and early evening, was promoting wines to diners at one of the restaruant in Fusionpolis.. Had a great day, achieveing self impose sales target and gain lots of customers satisfactions... That day is one of the best day in my life.. Always very satsify when customers says "This wine you recomend is Great".. or "I can't wait to pair your wine with my dishes.." or "Can i have another glass of that label, please.."Well so much for a day.. To chill down my MRT journey home was accompanish by David Sanborn's "Upfront" album..
I was waiting for the LRT at the platform, when i witness an old man pushing his obese old wife on the wheelchair.. the LRT arrive and when he reach the door, the wheelchair was stuck to the gap between the LRT and the platform..The panic old man keeps flumbling, trying to get the wheelchair onto the LRT before the door close.. To my relieve, a few commuters on the platform step forward to help him.. but the door of the LRT start to close after the door closing warning.. commuters force the door open and finally the wheelchair got on to the LRT.. Then the LRT was unable to move, as there is some default stoppage due to "forced open door"..
Then came the SBS Transit staffs, trying to figure out why the train is unable to move.. Silly staffs, i think they are not aware of what happened earlier, The old women wheelchair could have crush if not with the help of the commuters..
