Today at McDonald

Today had lunch in McDonald.. Yah la.. I had McDonald because of the Hello Kitty collection.. Hehehe..
Then saw this India lady bring two kids into McDonald.. One of the kid is so naughty, keep screaming (for nothing loh).. Everyone keep staring at that child.. cos her screaming is so loud and annoying.. Really disturb the lunch time peace..Then the old lady sitting next to me says, this child needs a good spanking.. Hahaha.. i agree with her...The India lady just brought an ice cream cone for her two kids and then took a huge stacks of napkins.. i think about 1 inch think of napkins.. What an ugly sight....

Well  today I ordered a double Fillet-O-Fish and change my fries for a cup of corns.. hehehe healthy choice loh..

Brought two pairs of Shoe

Had a little shopping spree today after work.. I brought a pair of high cut leather shoe and a pair of sandal.. My old high cut shoe has worn out and time to change.. Do you know that wearing worn out shoe is bad for health..??

I love to wear high cut leather shoe for work, as it can keep my leg dry.. I always kiwi my new leather shoes to keep it water proof..

Singaporean Ungraciousness

I was returning to office after a nice lunch with my colleague.. Passing by Chinatown MRT we saw two Caucasian, one on wheelchair and the other is pushing him. They both looks like tourist to me. When they reach the wider fare gate, specially for wheelchair users.This wide fare gate is a two way fare gate.  All the able commuters keep using the wider fare gate and no-one give way to them.. Arn't this wider fare gate suppose to be for people who need to most.. why Singaporean are so inconsiderate?? Sad sad..

De Trafford Melot

My friend's customer got a bottle of De Trafford Merlot for happy hour.. And everyone was invited to share..
2008 vintage from South Africa
Bright red colour. Plum aroma when the bottle is open.. The first taste was slight tanning.. So we pour some into our wine glass and let it breath.. Once the wine opens up.. that is when the best unfold.. red berry and cherry favours, and a soft long finish.
Pair well with baked pasta and light red meat dishes such as veal and pork.



We had crispy pork knuckle to go with.. But not a good paring choice to this wine, i think..

Some background on De Trafford Winery.. 

De Trafford Winery is situated on the beautiful Mont Fleur farm set at the top of a dramatic valley above Stellenbosch, 380m up between the Stellenbosch and Helderberg mountains, right at the end of the Blaauwklip road, between Stellenbosch and Somerset West.

The history of wine growing on this mountain farm started with the purchase of the property in 1976 by the Trafford family as inaccessible grazing land. Many of the high altitude slopes were deemed suitable for high quality red grape varieties. Unfortunately, due to the absurd quota restrictions, planting a commercial vineyard had to wait 18 years. In 1983 a small vineyard was established to produce experimental wines – consumed by family and friends! These were our learning curve years ( 1984 – 1991 ), which included lots of help and advice from local winemakers and working experience in France, particularly in the Bordeaux area.

On my way home after work today.. i was a group of 5 JC students board the MRT and stand at the MRT door.. When the train reached the next station, these JC students chat loudly and laughing but did not move in and blocking all the passengers both alighting and boarding.

Sad to see that these JC students behaving this way in public.

Mt Bromo Trip

Hey ya, i still have not done with my Surabaya Trip.. I am going to show you the BEST.. We wake up early in the morning at 6am for our trip to Mt Bromo to catch the magnificent sunrise.. Then we took the 4WD Jeep to the crater volcanic desert and track up to the crater of the volcano.. There were lots of horseman with their horses, touting us to ride their horse up the crater.. I did that 15 yrs ago, so this time i set up my mind to walk all the way up. It took me about 20 mins walk long the hard volcanic desert to the slope of the crater.. The most difficult part was the soft volcanic slope, we have to climb before reaching the foot of the crater.. Many of them give up and hop on the horse.. But i keep pushing myself.. I know i sure can make it.. It is like walking on the soft sand beach, but heading up hill.. each step onto the volcanic ask sink my foot down.. Reach the foot of the crater and i was breathing hard, as the air is thin.. right in front of me is the 255 steps of stairs.. Yup stairways to heaven.. slowly, step by step, i climb, physically fatigue and mentally pushing myself hard .. And finally i MADE IT.. 

The volcanic crater is very narrow and crowded with people, one wrong step could end up into the mouth of the volcano, direct shot cut to hell...

That me, eager and energetic to try that Mt Bromo.

Chelsea beat Bayern Munich to win the Champions League for the first time when Didier Drogba struck the decisive penalty in a shootout. The final which ended 1-1 after extra time on Saturday. A better then consolation after their poor finish in the EP League..
I am an Arsenal Fan and i really do not mind Arsenal winning the Champions League then topping the EPL table.. Happy that this season ManU did not get what they are looking for.. Also sad for Liverpool poor run of the season.. They should have not judge a manager within a season..
